• Tuition :There is no tuition fee but we take $225 for the food and stationary expenses.
• Tuition must be paid before the camp starts.
•  Transportation is optional. It's $150

     I hereby give permission for my child  to participate in day camp conducted by Universal Foundation Ltd., including all field trips, transportation in a school bus or van driven by camp staff. I understand that every effort will be made to provide responsible care by the camp staff , campers are under the authority of the camp staff during their stay at camp , everyone is required to follow the camp schedule. I hereby give permission for emergency medical attention to be administered to my child by the camp staff. I hereby release UFSC, their employees, counselors, and volunteers from any liability resulting from any injury incurred by my child while attending day camp.
